30 days product guarantee
If any items received are damaged, not working, or not as expected you will be protected by this guarantee.

What we will need from you.
1. The Order number. 
2. Proof of any damage.
3. A photo of the shipping label and original packaging;
We will review your claim and contact you if we need more information; If approved, we will arrange a replacement part or a refund of the defective product. Please contact us on support@createwhite.com

Where do I send returns?
For the item, if you need a return, please contact our customer team before. Create White will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.

30 days return from the date you received the item
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new condition, we can arrange a full refund. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
If a product is damaged or not working, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. The return package should contain all the accessories of that product, which should still be in good condition.

Cancellation guarantee
For canceling an order or change an item which has not been processed, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the expected shipping date of your order has already passed and it has not been shipped, you can cancel the order and request a refund, which will automatically return to your payment account within 15 business days.
If the parcels have already been processed cannot be canceled. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days from the date you received the item, you are protected by our "30 Days Return to Us" guarantee.
